Welcome to the TheirCarePlus Family Portal

This portal allows you to create an application for your child(ren) to attend your local TheirCarePlus service. Once your application has been submitted, our team will review the details. When approved, you will be able to log in and begin making bookings (you will receive a notification once your application has been approved).

•    Please note: Bookings cannot be made until your application has been approved.

About Our Programs
Our programs offer a range of engaging and skill-building activities, including:

• Arts and crafts
• Sensory play
• Outdoor activities
• Science-based projects
• Community outings
• Small-group learning sessions

Each day is designed to support participants in working towards their individual NDIS goals, such as:

• Confidence building
• Social skills
• Communication
• Independence
• Emotional regulation

Participants are grouped with peers who have similar goals and support needs to ensure a safe, positive, and meaningful experience.

Support Ratios & Pricing
All pricing aligns with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements. Final costs are based on each child’s individual support needs:

• 1:1 support: Charged at the full individual rate
• Group support: Reduced pricing depending on group size
• Maximum ratio: 1:4, ensuring safe and appropriate support

Application Tips

• When completing your child’s profile, press CTRL to select multiple diagnosed disabilities
• Please ensure all medical and support information is completed accurately

If we require any additional information, a member of our team will contact you directly to discuss your application.

Billing Information

• Billing is completed fortnightly in arrears (15th and end of each month)
• Payment details are included on each invoice
• Payment terms are 7 days from invoice date
• Invoices include NDIS billing codes and hourly rates to support claims for self-managed participants or plan managers
